Hi

I was having issues saving an anonymously accessible blog site as a template and MSFT support had me deactivate everything on the site to test. It not only fixed nothing but actually broke anonymous access when I reactivated your solution. I tried deleting and adding the solution again but get this error when trying to activate in site collection settings:

Error

I get a similar error when trying to activate the SP server publishing feature - not sure if that's relevant. Have you come across this and do you have any suggestions?
